Who is eligible to receive services from your nonprofit? 

Our services are open to individuals seeking to enhance their overall well-being and in need of a network of skilled professionals and specialized programs that provide personalized, compassionate care. While non-profit funding may not always cover all services, we offer resources designed to equip you with the necessary tools to support your wellness journey. 

Where are you located, and how can I visit? 

We are based in Jacksonville, Florida, and are accessible both virtually and through our onsite health fairs hosted throughout the city and surrounding areas. 

Is an appointment required to access services? 

As we continue to develop our programs, we plan to introduce virtual appointments to facilitate resource sharing and guidance on self-advocacy. 

What types of medical testing or health resources do you provide? 

We are working to establish processes for evaluating the services we can offer. Our aim is to subsidize preventive and diagnostic health screenings such as hearing tests, ENT examinations, ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, HbA1c testing, glucose tolerance tests, and coronary calcium scans, which are essential tools for health management. 

Is there a cost for your services? 

Some of our services may involve a fee. Details will be provided based on the specific service.

 What does it mean that “services are based on donation funds”? 

Your generous donations directly support our health and wellness initiatives, empowering older adults to lead vibrant, fulfilling lives physically, mentally, and emotionally. Contributions also help sustain the infrastructure that makes our care accessible and effective.

Can I volunteer or get involved in other ways? 

Yes, we welcome volunteers. Currently, our team partners with other organizations within the community to extend our outreach and support.
